I've been on and off Weight Watchers online for the past year. I'm ready to jump back on it. I went off of it over the suemmr, because it was easier while off of vacation. But then I've had a series of unfortunate events that have prevented me from jumping back on the bandwagon. I'm one of those people who can eat perfect and not lose a lb unless I'm working out as well. To motivate myself, I usually buy a dress or something that I really want in one size smaller. Not anything super expensive, but just something to motivate me. I also hang a picture of a healthy person on my fridge. Not like a stick thin model, but someone my height and shape just to remind myself it is possible.
