Ils s'?lancent chacun dans un sens oppos?. Ils parcourent le huit et franchissent la ligne d'arriv?e du c?t? o? leur adversaire a d?marr? apr?s avoir pagay? une longueur identique. Il y a donc deux trajectoires comprenant deux virages dans leur parcours. Par ailleurs, les ?preuves sont le K1, le K2 et le K4 alors que les comp?titions des JOJ sont seulement individuelles.
